Founded in 1948, TOPS® (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) is the oldest international,
non-profit, non-commercial weight-loss support group. The TOPS® mission is to support
our members as they take and keep off pounds sensibly. We have over 200,000
members in 10,000 chapters in the U.S., Canada and other countries worldwide.
TOPS #MD 22, Rockville is always looking for new members, who need encouragement
on their way to weight loss success.
Weekly meetings include private weigh-ins, contests, prizes and an informational
program. Membership also includes TOPS NEWS, a magazine featuring weight loss
success stories and helpful articles on health and nutrition.
Your first meeting is FREE and there is NO OBLIGATION TO JOIN. Costs, should you
decide to join, are a $24 annual registration fee, and a $5.00 per month chapter fee.
